Hose construction

• inside: very smooth for minimum friction loss, jacket of 100 % high tenacity synthetic polyester yarn, circular woven in special construction for maximum tensile, completely embedded in high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU is suitable for drinking water), is forced through the jacket in the extrusion process (standard colour: blue), provides optimum protection of the jacket

• Outside: very smooth with extruted holding strap with loops

The OSW recommends using stainless steel (V4A = 1.4581 – 316TI) as the coupling material, as this is listed on the Federal Environment Agency’s positive list (§ 17 paragraph 3 sentence 2 number 3 TrinkwV 2001) for metallic materials and is therefore suitable for use in drinking water applications! Furthermore, we would like to point out that light metal is not included in this positive list and is therefore only used by us at the customer’s request.
