Production of inside and outside rubber-lined hoses

Hoses with an internal and external rubber lining consist of a woven textile interior which is coated with rubber on the inside and outside. Especially the external rubber lining, that can be produced with or without longitudinal ribs, makes the hose extremely endurable. So, the hoses are suited for a range of special uses in fire brigades, agriculture, or for the use in seawater. They even withstand the transport of other media like fuels, chemicals, acids, basis or compressed air. Furthermore, the hose is fire-resistant, abrasion-proof. It can cope with strong variations of temperature from -35 to 100℃ [-31℉ to 212℉] and it is aging-, UV- and ozone resistant.
